Rev. Robson L. Mulumbe is a dynamic pastor, author, nonprofit leader, and visionary communicator whose life and ministry reflect a passion for empowering people to discover their God-given identity, purpose, and leadership potential. Born and raised in Africa, he brings a rich multicultural perspective and extensive cross-cultural experience that enables him to connect meaningfully with people from diverse backgrounds, generations, and communities.

 

Rev. Mulumbe has served as the Lead Pastor of Cornerstone Assembly of God in Needham, MA, since 2021. He is committed to biblical preaching, spiritual formation, leadership development, and community engagement and transformation. His ministry is marked by a deep commitment to helping individuals grow in faith, strengthen families, and become impactful leaders in every sphere of life.

 

Rev. Mulumbe is also the Founder of Empowerment International, a leadership focused non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through education, mentorship, leadership training, and humanitarian outreach. He is the author of "Discovering Your Leadership Identity and Purpose: God's Blue Print For Lasting Influence And Impact", a transformational book that equips readers to embrace their unique calling and lead with clarity, confidence, and courage.

 

Together with his wife, he is raising three children—two biological and one adopted. His mission is to inspire hope, develop leaders, and transform lives locally and globally through faith, service, and compassionate leadership.
